 One of our specialties at the orchard is our apple cider.  We press our own cider with our own mixture of apples.  When we first started,  we pressed with a hand press which took several hours to make the gallons we needed.  This last year we upgraded to a more efficient press and we estimate that we will need to upgrade again sometime in the future but it does take time.  One thing that we pride ourselves on is not only the fact that we use our apples, it is the fact that we do not pasteurize our apple cider. We want all the beneficial stuff that apple cider offers to be left there and not destroyed. 

We press every Thursday and the Cider is ready for Friday.  We will  have it until we run out and press the next Thursday night. 

 In the fall of 2019, we added apple cider donuts to all the amazing stuff that we over at the orchard.  Cathy and Gary run the concession trailer that we make all of or food out of.  It took many times to figure out the perfect recipe with many failures but finally we got it.  Our own apple cider is one of the main ingredients!

 We decided the first year we wanted to offer caramel apples.  The thing with having small kids, is that they make a huge mess eating the whole caramel apple and didn't always finish it.  We came up with idea that if we sliced the apple it would be much easier to eat.  So enjoy a fresh apple from our orchard with your favorite toppings!

 As soon as the pumpkins are available to cook, we bake them up to put in our homemade pumpkin bars.  We pride ourselves on using our pumpkins and they taste so good with cream cheese frosting on top!   

We have pumpkin bars available at pumpkin season only.  We can not guarantee these everyday.

Of course, our apple pies are made with our fresh apples.  Each apple pie can be different depending on the variety of apples that we have at the time, but they are still the most delicious! At this time we sell them by the slice at our concession stand!

 Our apple crisp is made from  our own apples.  The recipe is an old family recipe handed down.  Not only do we offer fresh apple crisp at the orchard, we offer the apple crisp topping with directions in our store, so you can take it home and make your own with our fresh apples.   

 We offer apple turnovers with all the other amazing things at the orchard!
